Soil Health

Through our research, it is found that resistant soil, resistant plants and sustainable cultivation system are all important components of the environment, which can help flowers and plants recover their natural resistance and control diseases and pests. It can be combined with crop rotation, mixed planting or flower-rich fields to provide host plants for valuable insects. We can also help us understand and establish natural resistance by extracting effective active substances from flowers, plants and trees. We can also identify and understand a large number of soil microorganisms and develop their practical applications.

We have established long-term systematic experiments on cultivated land and vegetable crops on clay, sand and peat soil to evaluate the impact of soil management measures on various soil processes.

The ability of soil to capture carbon depends on the quantity and type of plants and organic matter, the input quantity and type of organic matter, the balance of oxygen and water, water and soil organisms, and the type of land use. Correct soil structure is very important for efficient and sustainable agricultural production. Soil structure is strongly influenced by farming system, compaction, crop type, crop rotation, calcium application (on clay) and organic matter in soil.
Soil structure management includes the improvement of topsoil structure and the prevention or repair of subsoil compaction.
Soil fertility includes the ability of soil to provide nutrients to plants. There is a close relationship among soil fertility, organic matter management, mineral management and various soil services. The emphasis of organic matter management is the quantity, quality and distribution of organic matter in soil. Organic management needs to be closely coordinated with mineral management to ensure sustainable soil system. Our research contributed knowledge to the following aspects:

What happens when a farmer manages his land in different ways, with different combinations of crops and green manure crops, with different soil farming methods or even without farming, or with completely different farming systems; Whether there is soil life that inhibits harmful organisms, whether crops can use less nutrients, whether leaching to the environment is reduced, or whether the yield can still be increased. hydrocarbons based on carbohydrate and lignin are very important for the whole chemical industry and end users, because about 40% of all chemical products based on petrochemical oil are natural aromatic hydrocarbons.
All carbon-based basic chemicals can have bio-based substitutes. Our biopolymer modification based on the principle of green chemistry has produced a variety of products, which can be used in household and personal care products, industry and agriculture, and even as food ingredients.

For many years, we have continuously studied the genome and metabolic process of plants. Up to now, genetic and metabolic variations have not been fully explored, even for crops that have been planted for many years.
We have a deep understanding of the organizational structure of plant genome, the regulation of flower, fruit, seed and meristem development, and the metabolic process of plant cells, focusing on terpenoids, flavonoids and glycosylation pathways. At present, the technology has been continuously transformed.

We use our knowledge of biomass characteristics, biological and biotechnology processes, cultivation methods and new chemistry to extract sustainable protein from biomass and develop biological substitutes for fossil resources.
We have a very unique and patented cold working technology, which can produce pure and highly concentrated liquid seaweed extract and keep the biophysical integrity of seaweed extract. This preserves all nutritional biological compounds, such as naturally occurring high-level plant hormones, vitamins, alginic acid and other natural metabolic enhancers, which are preserved when applied and can be fully used for crops.

WUR’s chelating technology ensures the correct absorption and assimilation of trace elements by crops, thus avoiding possible precipitation or forming insoluble products that may reduce its efficacy. Chelate exists in the form of particles, which ensures complete and instantaneous dissolution and does not form lumps or precipitates.

Our process improvement of humic acid can ensure the continuous improvement of soil fertility, and have a positive impact on its physical characteristics (structure), chemical characteristics (more availability of nutrients) and biological characteristics (increase in the number and life of microorganisms).

Quality in Manufacturing

WUR is an ISO 9001 certified company. Quality assurance, consistent on-site performance of products and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

Each batch of raw material products is processed into slurry concentrate by microfiltration, evaporation, centrifugation or the combination of various technologies. Then the slurry is dried and ground to form technical powder. Strict process monitoring and product testing ensure product performance and consistency.
